Privacy policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026. This policy explains what MoneyMapCoach collects through this website, why, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who is responsible

The data controller is MLJ, SASU, publisher of MoneyMapCoach, represented by Jimenez Julien. You can reach a person about anything on this page at jimenezjulien42@gmail.com. Company registration details are on the legal notice.

What the contact form collects

The walkthrough request form on the home page is the only place this website collects personal information. The exact fields are:

  • name, your full name, so we can address a reply to you.
  • email, your work email address, which is where the reply is sent.
  • company, your practice name, so we understand the business writing in.
  • role, your role in the practice, chosen from a list.
  • request, whether you want a demo, early access or a quote.
  • size, the number of active clients on your books, chosen from a range.
  • message, your free text description of where your current process breaks down.
  • consent, the checkbox recording that you agreed to this policy.
  • subject and recipient, two hidden fields that route the message internally, plus bot-field, an empty anti spam trap that a human never fills in.

Please do not put client names, client account numbers or any client financial detail in the message field. If you want to discuss a real case, we will do that on a call or on a document you control, and you can anonymize it first.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

We use what you send only to answer you, to prepare a walkthrough if you asked for one, and to keep a record of business enquiries. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation the legal bases are your consent, given when you tick the consent box, and our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry addressed to us. There is no automated decision making and no profiling. We do not use your submission to train any model, and we do not enrich it with data bought from third parties.

How long submissions are kept

Contact form submissions are retained for twenty four months from the date you send them, then deleted. If a conversation turns into a customer relationship, the correspondence is kept for the duration of that relationship and for the periods required by French accounting and tax law afterwards. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time and we will act on it within thirty days.

Who processes the data

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms on our behalf, under Netlify's terms and its data processing agreement, and are then read by us in the mailbox listed above. Email delivery is handled by the mailbox provider for jimenezjulien42@gmail.com. No other processor receives what you send, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information under any circumstance.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third party trackers. There is no pixel from a social network, no advertising tag and no cross site profiling. Netlify may set a strictly necessary token to protect the form against automated abuse, and your browser will cache static files such as the stylesheet and the photographs for performance. Because there is no tracking, there is no consent banner to dismiss.

Your rights in the United States

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Virginia, state privacy law gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to obtain a copy of it, to correct it, and to have it deleted. California residents may also ask about any disclosure of personal information in the preceding twelve months and are protected against discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing for you to opt out of, but you may confirm that with us in writing. Exercise any of these rights by writing to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com with enough detail for us to find your record.

Your rights in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

If the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies to you, you hold the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and portability of the information you provided. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of what happened before. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in France is the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertes.

How to exercise your rights

Write to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com and say what you want done. We reply within thirty days, and faster in most cases. We may ask one clarifying question to be sure we are acting on the right record, but we will not demand identity documents for a simple deletion request. There is no charge for a first request.

International transfers

MLJ, SASU is established in France and its processors are established in the United States. When information moves from the European Economic Area to the United States it travels under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which our processors have signed, together with the technical measures described below. If you are writing to us from the United States, your submission is stored on United States infrastructure.

Security

Traffic to this site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit and at rest by the processor. Access to the submission store is limited to the publication director and protected by multi factor authentication. Security headers on this site restrict framing, block content type sniffing and deny camera, microphone and geolocation access. No system is perfect, and if a breach affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authority within the deadlines the law sets.

Children's privacy

MoneyMapCoach is professional software sold to coaching businesses. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a minor has sent us something through this form, write to us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page and, for a material change affecting people who have already written to us, we say so by email. Previous versions are available on request. The terms of service govern the subscription itself, and the legal notice identifies the publisher and host.
